07.Tips for Use

1. Remove makeup before taking a sauna, so as not to affect the detoxification effect.
2. It is not advisable to take a sauna when you are oversaturated with an empty stomach. If you are oversaturated with an empty stomach, it will cause discomfort to the human body.
3. Drink an appropriate amount of warm water before entering the sauna room, which can not only promote the body to perspire, but also play a role in expelling cold.
4. It is not recommended to take a shower within 4 hours of sauna, and it is not advisable to eat cold drinks within 2 hours, so as not to damage the effect of sauna.
5. After taking a sauna, wait for the heat to dissipate, and then come out after the body adapts to the temperature outside the sauna room, so as to avoid the physical discomfort caused by the rapid alternation of hot and cold.
6. If you feel dizzy or uncomfortable when using the sauna room, stop using it immediately or take a proper rest.

08.Shipping & After Sales

The warranty for our products is 1 year. With regard to after-sales service, we offer online technical support and free spare parts. Since this product is an oversized product, we need a production time of 20-30 days and a delivery time of 25-35 days. The total delivery time is 55-65 days.

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce or USPS, depending on your location and the fastest available service.

Order Cut-off Time and Handling

The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday. Orders received before this time will be processed on the same day, while those received after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day. Please note that our working hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, Monday to Friday.

Typical delivery time frames range from 7 to 14 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier. All orders come with a tracking number for real-time monitoring. Please anticipate possible delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.

We confirm with suppliers if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most pre-made saunas and accessories are ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas may take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).

Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your order will be on its way (unless it is a special case sauna, as mentioned above). Tracking information will be sent on the day your order ships to the email address provided during checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently offer free shipping only in the United States. Please reach out to us if you require international shipping.

"Manufacturer Direct" items are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai and require a manufacturing and shipping time of approximately 30-45 days.

Upon Receipt of Package

Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
- Check for visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures. Note any damage when signing the delivery receipt, as a signed receipt without notations of damage represents acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they are accounted for.
- Report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at info@thesaunaworld.com or via our Contact Us page. This 48-hour window is vital, as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this period.
If "concealed" damages (damages not visible at the time of delivery) occur, report them immediately by emailing directly at info@thesaunaworld.com or via our Contact Us page.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RMA).
Once you have received an RMA, please ship the item back to us in its original packaging with all accessories included.
We will issue a full refund to your original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned item.
"Manufacturer Direct" items do not qualify for returns, if they're damaged during shipping or upon arrival, please contact us and we will refund you or send a free replacement

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns.

Damages and issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
