We currently offer free shipping only to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping internationally yet, contact us to get a shipping quote to your country.
Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out. Average shipping times are 7-14 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 4-6 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 6 business days, please email us at: info@thesaunaworld.com
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. If the address is wrong, notify us via email at info@thesaunaworld.com within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
Order and Returns:
- We offer a 30-day return policy on all items.
- To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization number (RMA).
- "Manufacturer Direct" items do not qualify for returns, if they're damaged during shipping or upon arrival, please contact us and we will refund you or send a free replacement.

You can cancel your order with no penalty before it ships. If the item is already sent, use our easy return system to get a full refund.
